Who we build for.

We build for organisations that plan work, spend hours and materials against a budget, and invoice what they deliver. That covers a ten-truck collector and a 2,000-engineer group running 39 companies in several countries.

Engineers reviewing work on a project site

Engineering and consultancy

The administration behind a project organisation, inside Business Central. We have run exactly that for a Dutch engineering group since 2020, across dozens of companies.

Budgets, earned value, forecasts · Timesheets through to invoice · Intercompany across entities

A construction and installation site

Construction and installation

Contractors and installers running projects and service side by side, with the chain-liability rules that come with both, in the system your invoices come out of.

Project budgets and subcontractors · Engineers and deliveries planned · G-Account and chain liability

Containers at a waste and recycling yard

Waste, recycling and containers

Container placement and pickup, planned from the same system that invoices them. We built and ran that administration for a large container company from 2019.

Containers, rounds and weighbridge · Rental and subscription revenue · Eural codes and LMA reporting

Trucks loading at a distribution depot

Transport and distribution

Shipments that have to become routes, planned inside Business Central rather than in a spreadsheet beside it.

Multi-depot, multi-drop routes · Weight and capacity constraints · Delivery windows customers see

An engineer servicing equipment on site

Equipment service and maintenance

Installed base, service contracts and service orders. The Business Central Premium service module, turned into a planned day.

Installed base and contracts · Service orders into planned days · Parts, travel time and cost

An inspector carrying out a statutory check

Test, inspection and compliance

Statutory rounds that cannot slip: the right engineer, with the right certification, on the day the law says.

Certification-matched engineers · Statutory deadlines tracked · Digital evidence per visit

If you plan work, spend hours and materials against a budget, and invoice what you deliver, we are probably a fit, whatever the sector says on your KvK registration.

Straight answers

What is Business Central, and do we need it?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is Microsoft's ERP for small and mid-sized companies: finance, projects, purchasing, inventory, service. Everything we build is a native extension inside it, so there is nothing in between and no separate system to reconcile. So yes, Business Central is the platform. If you are not on it yet, that is where we start.

Who does the work?

The people who wrote the software. Setting it up, moving your data and connecting your other systems are part of the project, done by the team that built the product rather than handed to someone meeting it for the first time. They stick around afterwards.

What size of company is this for?

A ten-truck collector, a service organisation with 500 people in the field, and a 2,000-engineer group running 39 companies in several countries are all Business Central customers, and all three are ours to serve. The question is how many entities you run, how much work you plan, and how much of it has to end up on an invoice.

Which countries do you work in?

We are based in the Netherlands, near Amsterdam, and we work worldwide. Our software runs at customer sites in the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, Poland and Indonesia, including Peppol e-invoicing across Europe and KSeF in Poland. We speak Dutch, English and German.

We already have a Business Central partner. Then what?

Our apps install into the Business Central you already run, next to the partner you already have. Nothing about your current setup has to move for you to use them. Licensing is a separate question, and it can stay where it is.

How does licensing fit in?

We are a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, so we can supply your Business Central and Microsoft 365 licences directly. One partner for the licence and the software on top of it. Worth knowing: two of the industries above run on service management, and that is a Business Central Premium feature.

We are a Business Central partner. Can we resell your products?

Yes. Project Stack, Dispatch and our Marketplace apps are built to be sold by other partners. You keep the customer and the implementation, we keep the product and the roadmap. If you already deliver Business Central and want to add a project, planning or service layer to what you offer, start on the partners page.
